Nutrition Coaching for Endurance Athletes

With 30 years of experience as a performance-oriented endurance athlete, including 15 Ironman distance races and three Ironman Hawaii finishes, I understand the unique demands of high-performance training and competition.

My Qualifications:

  • Certified Personal Trainer
  • Certified Strength & Conditioning Trainer
  • Certificed Transformation Trainer
  • Extensive Experience: Over 15 years of selling and studying sports nutrition products, including hydration drinks, electrolyte supplements, gels, chews, and more.
  • Athletic Achievements: 30 years as an endurance athlete with significant accomplishments.
  • Masters Athlete: Focused on the impact of aging on athletic capacity and nutrition needs.

Training

 

You are welcome to joing us for indoor bike workouts during the fall/winter training season.  We run them on Zoom so you never have to miss a workout when it's blistering cold and blizzarding in the depths of winter.  Plus, we try to have some fun and share topical information to keep everyone engaged and informed during our workouts.
