Back for Winter 2025: Periodized and Guided Workouts
There are multipled online training platforms to choose from and our coaches work on Zwift. If you've ever ridden on platforms like Zwift, Rouvy, FulGaz, TrainerRoad or the new Velocity app, you know there are multiple routes, events and workouts and achievements you can pursue. In fact, the choices can be almost overwhelming for the beginner or for the A-type, overachiever personality types that are so common in the endurance fitness world.
Why Train with Us?
We, the coaches here on our Zoom sessions, have been exactly where you are and we know how tempting it can be to try to do it all. But, we also know that time can be short and you want to make the best use of it as you can. We take the guess work out of it for you: workouts will be set based on periodization and the need to test and train different training zones at different times. We also know that variety itself is key to keeping workouts engaging. We'll get you doing the right workout at the right time. We'll set sessions that will test and train your fitness in different zones- endurance, strength, hills, cadence, form, VO2Max - in specific workouts. And we address form and technique as well as mental strategies to help you conquer individual intervals, traininng sessions and even race day strateqies. Our goal is to help you get ready to ride and to race, whatever your goals are.
Training Will Be Fun!
Get fit and have fun at the same time, all from the comfort of your own home. You'll enjoy the flexibility to set your own vibe – run your favorite background music, videos, or TV shows while you ride. We’ll provide the structured workout, you bring the energy.
To be honest, though, there will be some moments that won't be fun at all. When you are in the fourth minute of your fourth VO2 max interval, it won't be pretty and it won't be fun but having a group there to share the pain always helps you dig a little deeper than you likely would on your own. Group training helps to take the sting out of the hard work.
How It Works
We’ll continue offering our rides on Zoom. You don't need a paid Zoom subscription as we take care of that. With your registration, you'll get an invitation to join via video feed, allowing you to complete the workout wherever you're set up. Whether it’s in your home pain cave or a corner of the garage, all you need is your bike, trainer, water, and towel.
The Coaches
Our bike workouts are led by seasoned coaches, Steph Neufeld and Elise Gaudet. Both are certified coaches with extensive Ironman experience, including multiple Kona qualifications. Steph is a certified spin instructor and Elise is a triathlon coach – together, they’ll guide you through workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and speed.

- Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
- Saturdays at 8:30 AM

It’s easy to get started!
1. Download Zoom on your device. As mentioned above, you don't need a paid Zoom subscription to ride with us. You join our meeting that we run on our account.
2. Send us your email so we can send you the link for the workout.
Two simple steps, and you’re ready to ride! The workout is the hardest part – we make getting started simple.
Bike & Trainer Requirements
You don’t need any fancy gear to join our workouts. A bike, a trainer, and a couple of water bottles are all you need. Smart trainers and platforms like Zwift are welcome but not required. At the beginning of each session, we’ll take a few minutes to ensure everyone is synced up with the day’s route.
If you’re using a training platform like Zwift, you’ll need a second device to connect to Zoom for the live coaching. Be sure to test your setup beforehand – we’re happy to help you troubleshoot before your first session or a few minutes before the ride starts.
The Session Dates for Winter 2025
The workouts start on Tuesday, January 7 and run through to Saturday, April 12. Here are the dates:
Tuesdays: January 7, 14, 21 and 39
February 7, 11, 18 and 25
March 7, 11, 18 and 25
April 1 and 8
Saturdays: January 11, 18 and 25
February 1, 8, 15 and 22
March 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29
April 5 and 12
Single sessions: $10
Once a week (14 sessions): $119 for January 7- April 12
Twice a week (28 sessions): $199 for January 7- April 12
The Workouts
Sessions open on Zoom approximately 15 minutes prior to the workout start date to give everyone time to get set up and test their equipment.
Tuesday sessions start at 6PM and generally run 60 to 75 minutes.
Saturday sessions start at 8:30AM and generally run 75 to 90 minutes.
