Standard Shipping

Most in-stock items ship from our Edmonton, Alberta, Canada location via Canada Post within 48 hours of receiving a paid order.

Free standard shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders of $100 CAD or more. Free shipping applies to standard ground delivery only.

Customers who prefer expedited or express shipping may select an available upgraded service at checkout. Additional shipping charges apply and are the customer's responsibility.

Heavy & Oversized Items

Some products, including bicycles, indoor trainers, trainer platforms and other heavy or oversized items, may require special shipping arrangements.

Where an item exceeds Canada Post's size or weight limits, we will arrange shipping through the most appropriate available carrier.

Heavy and oversized items may be excluded from free shipping offers. Shipping charges for these items will be quoted individually based on package size, weight and destination.

If additional shipping charges apply that were not calculated at checkout, we will contact you with a quote for approval before shipping your order.
