Back for Fall 2024: Achievement Challenges, Points & Prizes

Shorter days and colder temperatures signal the end of outdoor riding, but it's also the perfect time to kick off the indoor season. This is when you can start to build your base for the next race season by training with focus, purpose, and consistency. As the race season wraps up and days get shorter, cutting into after work ride time, the outdoor ride season looms on the horizon, and it’s time to ramp up your efforts. Our coached bike workouts remove the guesswork about intervals, intensity, duration and technique – all you need to do is show up and do the work.

Why Train with Us? 

We believe training should be both effective and fun. That’s why our sessions not only focus on building your fitness but also include *Achievement Challenges* with *Points & Prizes* to keep you motivated (just like in "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" – where the points don’t really matter, but the fun does!). The real prize? Getting fitter and having a great time along the way.

Training Will Be Fun!


Get fit and have fun at the same time, all from the comfort of your own home. You'll enjoy the flexibility to set your own vibe – run your favorite background music, videos, or TV shows while you ride. We’ll provide the structured workout, you bring the energy.

How It Works


We’ll continue offering our rides on Zoom. With your registration, you'll get an invitation to join via video feed, allowing you to complete the workout wherever you're set up. Whether it’s in your home pain cave or a corner of the garage, all you need is your bike, trainer, water, and towel.

The Coaches


Our bike workouts are led by seasoned coaches, Steph Neufeld and Elise Gaudet. Both are certified coaches with extensive Ironman experience, including multiple Kona qualifications. Steph is a certified spin instructor and Elise is a triathlon coach – together, they’ll guide you through workouts designed to build strength, endurance, and speed.

Ride Times:  

- Tuesdays at 6:00 PM
- Saturdays at 8:30 AM

It’s easy to get started!  
1. Download Zoom on your device.  
2. Send us your email so we can send you the link for the workout.  

Two simple steps, and you’re ready to ride! The workout is the hardest part – we make getting started simple.

Bike & Trainer Requirements 

You don’t need any fancy gear to join our workouts. A bike, a trainer, and a couple of water bottles are all you need. Smart trainers and platforms like Zwift are welcome but not required. At the beginning of each session, we’ll take a few minutes to ensure everyone is synced up with the day’s route.

If you’re using a training platform like Zwift, you’ll need a second device to connect to Zoom for the live coaching. Be sure to test your setup beforehand – we’re happy to help you troubleshoot before your first session or a few minutes before the ride starts.

 

The Session Dates for Fall 2024

The workouts start on Tuesday, October 22 and run through to Saturday, December 21. Here are the dates:

Tuesdays:  October 22 and 29  

                  November 5, 12, 19 and 26

                  December 3, 10 and 17

                 

Saturdays:  October 26

                  November 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30

                  December 7, 14 and 21

 

Single sessions:  $10

Once a week (10 sessions):  $94 for November 4 - December 16

Twice a week (20 sessions):  $179 for November 4 - December 16 

 

The Workouts

Sessions open on Zoom approximately 15 minutes prior to the workout start date to give everyone time to get set up and test their equipment.  

Tuesday sessions start at 6PM and generally run 60 to 75 minutes. 

Saturday sessions start at 8:30AM and generally run 75 to 90 minutes.
