Sometimes bikes break down at the worst possible time — we get it. We offer flexible repair services for those unexpected moments.

Charged at $100/hour, based on the time needed to complete the work.
Services are completed first-come, first-served, unless you request priority or emergency service, which may incur a higher rate.

Our goal is always to get you back riding safely and quickly. While we rarely charge extra, in certain urgent or complex situations, higher rates may apply — we’ll always communicate clearly before starting work.

Keep rolling! We can change your bike tires quickly and efficiently.

Non-eBikes: $10 plus the cost of the tube.
eBikes: Wheel removal can be more involved, so pricing is based on time required.

ProWrench by Element

ProWrench by Element is the professional bike service arm of Element, led by Cam MacKenzie — a career bike mechanic and fitter with over 30 years of hands-on experience.

There are plenty of people working on bikes in Edmonton. Far fewer are full-time professional mechanics, and fewer still bring deep, real-world experience in triathlon-specific fit and equipment. Cam’s background spans road, triathlon, and performance fitting, with particular expertise in modern aerobar systems, integrated hydration, and evolving aero setups.

What that experience means for customers is simple: faster diagnosis, efficient service, and work done right the first time. Bikes spend less time on the stand and more time being ridden — quietly, smoothly, and as intended.

At ProWrench, service isn’t about rushing through jobs or over-complicating solutions. It’s about understanding how a bike is used, how a rider moves on it, and making precise adjustments that improve comfort, performance, and reliability.
