Refunds

For in store purchases, we happily exchange or give store credit within 14 days of purchase.  Returned items must be in original packaging, tags on and in re-saleable condition. All sales final on clearance items, swimwear, swim goggles & nutrition products.

For online purchases, we offer a 14 to 30 day return window with return authorization. Your refund is processed as long as we receive the goods in original packaging, tags on and in re-saleable condition within 30 days of the original sale date or within 14 days or our issuing a return authorization.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
