🚴 Join Our 2024 Indoor Ride Series: January to March Edition! 🚴

Embark on a transformative journey with our continuation of the Zoom Workout Series, now powering into 2024. Elevate your indoor riding experience as we seamlessly blend the convenience of Zoom with the immersive virtual cycling world of Zwift. Our expert coaches are here to guide you through invigorating workouts that go beyond just physical exertion.

What to Expect:

Virtual Connection, Real Results: Connect with other riders on Zoom and seamlessly transition into the engaging world of Zwift. Experience the power of a global community working towards a common goal, right from the comfort of your home. But don't worry if you aren't on Zwift yourself.  The coaches share will share their Zwift screen in the Zoom meeting so you can follow along in Watopia with all of us.  We'll also provide specific guidance for each interval so you will be able to dial in the target intensity for every segment.

🚴‍♀️Gear Up: 🚴‍♀️

You don't need anything specific or special in order to join in our workouts.  A bike, a trainer, a bottle of water or two and a towel (highly recommended) are all you need in order to get in a great workout with us.  You can ride on a Smart trainer and also engage on a training platform like Zwift as you ride with us but it's not necessary.  We take a few minutes at the beginning of every session to make sure you can join us on the route we're riding for that session so we can ride together if you choose. 

Also, if you are riding on a platform that you run on a laptop or your phone, you will need to connect with us on Zoom via a separate device.  It's a good idea to test your setup before the workouts.  We are happy to help you with that a day or two before your first session or for a few minutes before the session starts.  


The Session Dates for Winter 2024

The workouts start on Tuesday, January 2 and run through to Saturday, March 30, 2024. Here are the dates:

Tuesdays:   January 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30

                  February 6, 13, 20 & 27

                  March 5, 12, 19 & 26



Saturdays:  January 6, 13, 20 & 27

                  February 3, 10, 17 & 24

                  March 2, 9, 16, 23 & 30


Single sessions:  $10

Once a week (13sessions):  $99 for January 4 - March 30

Twice a week (26 sessions):  $199 for January 4 - March 30 


The Workouts

Sessions open on Zoom approximately 15 minutes prior to the workout start date to give everyone time to get set up and test their equipment.  

Tuesday sessions start at 6PM and generally run 60 to 75 minutes. 

Saturday sessions start at 8:30AM and generally run 75 to 90 minutes.
