Back for Winter 2026: Structured, Guided Indoor Cycling—Done Together

Indoor riding has changed a lot over the past decade. Platforms like Zwift offer endless routes, workouts, and events — which is great… until it’s overwhelming.

Our Element Indoor Ride Training program brings clarity, structure, and accountability to your winter riding by combining Zwift’s flexibility with live, coach-led group sessions and a consistent training plan.

This isn’t just about completing workouts — it’s about understanding why you’re doing them and getting more out of every ride.

Why Ride With a Group on Zwift?

Zwift gives you options. We help you use them effectively.

Here’s what riders often miss when they go it alone:

  • Where to start: Zwift has many ways to train — workouts, routes, races, free rides — but most riders don’t know how to choose what actually supports their goals.
  • How to train with purpose: Many riders simply “ride” without realizing how much more they could gain from a structured, progressive plan.
  • Understanding training principles: You don’t need to be an athlete to benefit from periodization — but knowing how and when to stress different systems matters.
  • Pushing harder together: Group rides consistently bring out stronger efforts than solo sessions.
  • Accountability: A scheduled ride with real people dramatically increases follow-through and consistency.

That’s where we come in.

Train Smarter, Not Just Harder

Our sessions are built around periodized endurance training, targeting the right energy systems at the right time to build:

  • Aerobic endurance
  • Muscular strength and stamina
  • Cadence efficiency
  • Climbing ability
  • VO₂ max and top-end power

You’ll also get real-time coaching cues, pacing guidance, and mental strategies to help you stay focused through tough intervals — and understand how each workout fits into the bigger picture.

Train Hard, Have Fun

Yes, some intervals will be challenging (the fourth minute of a VO₂ max effort always is), but the shared experience makes a difference.

Ride your own setup, your own music, your own space — while feeding off the energy of the group. You’ll work harder, recover better, and stay motivated all winter long.

How It Works

  • All sessions are hosted live via Google Meet using our Google Workspace
  • After registering, you’ll receive a private meeting link
  • Ride from anywhere: basement, garage, living room — your pain cave, your rules

What you need:

  • Bike and trainer (smart or basic)
  • Towel, water, and your usual indoor setup
  • Zwift (recommended) or another indoor platform for visuals and data

Not sure how to get set up or how to use Zwift effectively? Join early or message us — we’re happy to help you get started and make the most of the platform.

Meet Your Coaches

Your rides are led by Steph Neufeld and Elise Gaudet, certified endurance coaches with extensive Ironman experience and multiple Kona qualifications.

  • Steph is a certified spin instructor with a strong focus on rhythm, cadence, and engagement
  • Elise is a triathlon coach specializing in endurance performance, strength development, and long-term athletic resilience

Together, they deliver progressive, supportive workouts that build fitness, confidence, and consistency — without losing sight of the human side of training.
