Once we finalize your build specs, most bikes are ready within 2–4 weeks, depending on component availability.

Q: Can I supply my own components?
Yes! If you already have parts you'd like us to use (wheels, saddle, pedals, etc.), we're happy to incorporate them into the build.

Q: Can I book a consult to start the process?
Yes—message us through the contact form or visit us in-store to begin your custom build.

Q: Do you ship bikes?
At this time, bikes are available for in-store pickup only. Local delivery may be available upon request.

Q: Is this bike race legal for IRONMAN and other tri events?
Yes. The Winow frame meets UCI and triathlon standards. We’ll help you configure your build to comply with race rules and optimize for performance.
